International Application (PCT)
The PCT, or Patent Cooperation Treaty, is an international treaty that aims to facilitate the protection of intellectual property rights internationally. Thanks to this treaty, you can begin your patent application in a unified way before a single authority, and from there proceed with the local stages in each of the countries where you wish to protect your invention. You may have already started your PCT application in another country and be looking for a Patent Agent to represent you in your entry into the national stage in the United States. If so, our National Phase option is the perfect flat-fee solution for you. On the other hand, if you would like us to start a PCT application choosing the USPTO as your Receiving Office, we offer you the International Phase. These prices assume that you already have the international or national application drafted and ready to file. If not, you will need to add the regular cost of the utility application, and request both services together. Please note that Argentina is not a member of the PCT. If you reside in Argentina, or have any other questions, we recommend scheduling a consultation or request a Free quote before proceeding.
USPTO EXTRA COSTS
In addition to the flat fee for our professional services, you will need to cover these fixed fees required by the Patent Office:

These costs assume that the ISA was not the USPTO. If it was, costs may be lower. In addition, these costs estimate up to three claims, with no multiple dependent claims, up to 30 pages, and no translations. Any of these factors would result in higher costs. In any case, if you purchase this package, you can always make adjustments either up or down, by purchasing additional services if necessary or through a full refund of any funds remaining in your favor as established in our terms of service.
